Rajen Todariya said that Janmanch is planning to honour Liladhar Jagudi and SAvadhesh Kaushal in the different towns and villages of Uttrakhand. Todariya said that it is first time in the history of Uttrakhand when intelletual came forward to rescue the common people of the state.
