Ramdev should disclose the list of donors
Uttrakhand Janmanch said that controversial Baba Ramdev is not right person to lead the campaign against corruption and black money. Janmanch said that Baba’s trust is not transparent and clean. The secretary general of Janmanch Rajen Todariya demanded that Baba Ramdev should disclose the list of companies, firms and persons, who donated more than Rs 50,000 to the trust. People of country have a right to know the background of donors. Todariya said that all assets of trust should be made be brought under public domain. He said that Baba also has to explain his silence over multi crore Sterdia land scam.
Secretary General of Uttrakhand Janmamnch Mr Rajen Todariya has said in press statement released here that Baba Ramdev had weakened the fight against corruption. It was a well fabricated and was prepared by sangh parivaar to divert the whole issue and convert it into a vote catching campaign for BJP. Todariya demanded that Ramdev should come forward and disclose the list of those donors who had donated more than Rs 50,000 to the trust. He said no body can earn 1200 crores by honest means in just 10 years. Corruption of a sadhu is more dangerous and anti religious than that of govt. He told that corruption within the Govt may be checked through the institutional reforms. He said that all land of Gram samaj should be taken back from Patanjali Yogpeeth. Allotment of this land is totally illegal and anti people. Janmanch leader said that all farmers whose land was purchased by the Baba’s trust, should be included in the companies run by the trust as partner. So that farmers also able to reap the benefit of their land. Janmanch has bitterly criticized Ramdev for keeping mum over the rampant corruption in the state. He said dozens of scam had been exposed in the media and judiciary had taken the cognigence of some of them but Ramdev had not open his lips against the ruling BJP. Ramdev’s silence is enough to prove that his campaign is politically motivated. Janmanch leader charged that Ramdev has sabotaged the whole campaign on corruption for the benefit of BJP, RSS camp.
