Uttrakhand Janmanch gets its flag
Uttrakhand Janmanch today released its flag in function held at Dehradun. The flag is combination of yellow and green. The members of core committee releases the flag of extreme regionalist organization of Uttrakhand. This function was held on Sunday19 August at community hall of THDC Colony in Dehradun.

Secretary General of Uttrakhand Janmanch describe news person the idea and philosophy of the flag.He said that yellow colour is the symbol of infinite energy. Yellow colour is the colour of Sun, which is infinite source of energy. This energy is the driving force of life.Yellow is also the symbol of creativity and positivity in the life. He said yellow colour is known as a holy colour in Hindu Dharma. Yellow colour is also the symbol of spring season in the hills of Uttrakhand, he added. Rajen Todariya said that after long debate yellow colour was chosen at the top of the flag. The Janmanch leader explained the Janmanch's political philosophy of choosing green as Base colour for its flag. He said that Uttrakhand is the state which has all the shades of nature. He said that Green is the symbol of environment as well as the symbol of prosperity. He said that nature often speaks in yellow and green. He said the philosophy behind the colours flag has depth of idea and philosophy. Exzecutive president of Janmanch Shashibhushan Bhatt, vice chairman Anup Dhasmana, Shuram Topwal, Asha Bhatt,Anand Chandola, District president of Tehri unit of Uttrakhand Janmanch Chandan Singh Rana, Chairman of Janmanch 's Youth wing Rajendra Hatwal, Chief of media team Shiva Nanad Pandey were also present in the press conference.
The Philosophy of Flag
उत्तराखंड जनमंच के झंडे का रंग पीला और हरा चुनने के पीछे हमारा विचार दर्शन यह है कि पीला सूरज का प्रतीक है। सूर्य अनंत ऊर्जा का प्रतीक है। पीला सकारात्मक नजरिये और निरंतर आगे बढ़ते रहने का प्रतीक है। पीला हिंदू धर्म में पवित्रता और शुभ का प्रतीक है। भगवान विष्णु पीतांबर हैं। शादी के समय वर को पीत वस्त्र इसीलिए पहनाए जाते हैं कि विवाह पवित्र और शुभ कार्य है। पीला रंग गुरु वृहस्पति का भी प्रतीक है। वृहस्पति बुद्धि और सर्जनात्मक शक्ति के प्रतीक हैं। इसलिए पीला रचनात्मकता का भी प्रतीक है। उत्तराखंड पीला वसंत के आगमन का भी प्रतीक है। यह बर्फ के पिघलने और प्रकृति और जीवन में नई कोंपले फूटने का समय होता है। उत्तराखंड भी एक हिमयुग से गुजर रहा है जहां आग बर्फ के नीचे सुलग रही है,जीवन बर्फ के नीचे कुलबुला रहा है। इसे वसंत के आने का इंतजार है। बर्फ के इसी समय में उत्तराखंड जनमंच आने वाले वसंत की गर्जना है। हरा रंग प्रकृति का रंग है। उत्तराखंड के जल, जंगल इसी रंग से बने हैं। हरा समृद्धि का भी प्रतीक है। जल और जंगल से ही उत्तराखंड की समृद्धि की कथा लिखी जाएगी इसलिए अपने झंडे का आधार रंग हरा रखा है। इसके बीच उत्तराखंड जनमंच का प्रतीक है जिसमें पहाड़,नदी,पेड़ हैं और इनसे बड़ी एक गुस्से में तनी मुठ्ठी है जो पहाड़ी लोगों के प्रतिरोध का प्रतीक है। इन सब प्रतीकों से मिलकर बना है जनमंच का ध्वज। जनमंच का ध्येय वाक्य है- रोजगार हो या कारोबार/ भूमिपुत्र का पहला अधिकार और आप्त वाक्य है- गर्व से बोलो हम पहाड़ी हैं। जनमंच का प्रेरक वाक्य है- न दैन्यम् न पलायनम् यानी असहायता नहीं दिखायेंगे/ पीठ दिखाकर भागेंगे नहीं। भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने कुरुक्षेत्र में अर्जुन को यही वाक्य कहकर युद्ध करने के लिए प्रेरित किया था। हम भी कुरुक्षेत्र में हैं। इसलिए यह हमारा प्रेरक वाक्य है।
