Chaudhary Virendra Singh, Uttrakhand in charge today releases Congress manifesto for 2012 poll. He said that Congress is committed for speedy development of Uttrakhand. He promised a transparent and corruption free government. Vijay Bahuguna M.P. and Yashpal Arya , P.C.C. president were also present in the press conference held by Pradesh Congress Committee at hotel Pacific.
